This auction is for a lifetime membership to the Glenwood Park Pool and Fitness Center. The membership grants access to all facilities including the swimming pool, fitness center, and community events. The auction ends on Mar 12, 11:00 PM EDT.

Membership Benefits
- Access to the swimming pool and fitness center
- 10 guest passes per year, with the ability to purchase additional passes
- Fitness center access is year round
Additional Information
In addition to the final auction amount for the membership, the following fees will be paid by the winner to the Glenwood Park Pool Association:
- A membership transfer fee of $1000.
- $500 for annual pool dues payable by March 31, 2025. For families of 2 or less, this fee is $450.

Auction Rules
- All bids are final and binding.
- Minimum bid increment is $100.00.
- The auction will end at the specified time. No extensions.
- The highest bidder at the end of the auction will be contacted via email.
- Payment must be made within 7 days of auction close.
